OLEAN, N.Y. - Saint Joseph's Caela Abadie and Stacey Mayer each homered and pitcher Ashley Ventura took a no-hitter into the sixth as the Hawks took the series finale from the Bonnies, 10-2 on Saturday.

With the victory, the Hawks (17-20) swept their three-game series with the Bonnies to move atop the Atlantic 10 standings at 9-3.

Saint Joseph's jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the top of the first courtesy of a two-run home run from Abadie.

Sophomore Amanda Kulp started a four run fifth for SJU as she scored on a wild pitch. Abadie added another RBI on the day with a double that scored Jancarla Herrera to make it 4-0.

Pinch runner Lauren Reilly came in to score on a second wild pitch by SBU in the inning, while Mayer later scored on a double steal with senior Kaylyn Zierke to push the lead to 6-0.

A single by Abadie scored Kulp to begin a four-run sixth inning for the Hawks. With two runners on, Mayer would push the lead to 10-0 on a home run to left center.

Dominating in the circle, Ventura didn't allow a base runner heading into the sixth. While the Bonnies broke up the no-hit bid with two hits and two runs in the inning, Ventura was able to close the door to pick up the victory and moved to 10-8 overall as she struck out five on the day.

Saint Joseph's returns to action on Wednesday when it hosts Penn at 3:30 p.m.
