RICHMOND, Va. - The Saint Joseph’s women's basketball team caps the road portion of its 2016-17 schedule this Wednesday as the Hawks head to VCU. Game time is set for 6 p.m., with the game streaming on the Atlantic 10 Network.

• Wednesday’s contest is the 12 meeting between the Hawks and Rams and the second time the teams have faced each other this year.
• Saint Joseph’s enters Wednesday with a 6-5 edge in the all-time series and have won four straight.
• The Hawks topped VCU, 64-58, earlier this season on January 11 at Hagan Arena.
• Saint Joseph’s is coming off a 67-58 victory over La Salle on Sunday in which four Hawks scored in double figures
• Junior forward Adashia Franklyn posted a team-best 17 points versus the Explorers.
• Sophomore guard/forward Sarah Veilleux added 16 points in a reserve role against La Salle.
• Sunday’s matchup with La Salle was the final Big 5 contest this year for SJU. The Hawks capped the year with a 2-2 record in the city series, marking the 12th straight year they have finished .500 or better.
• Saint Joseph’s enters Wednesday having made more three-point field goals this season, 122, than they did in all of 2015-16 (116).
