Indoor 2019-20: Opened season with a 10th-place finish in first collegiate 1000m (2:30.89) at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge... Anchored the first-place DMR (10:25.06) and ran collegiate-best mile (4:19.84) for eighth at the Fastrack National Invitational... Placed 28th in the 3000m with a collegiate-best time of 9:22.21 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Anchored the IC4A preliminairies DMR to a seventh-place showing in the trials, which allowed the group to advance to the finals. 

Outdoor 2019: Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:58.54) at the Rider Invitational, placing 20^th overall… Anchored the first-place 4x800m relay (8:13.55) at the Rider Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time in the 1500m (3:58.99) at the Colonial Relays, placing 35^th overall.

Indoor 2018-19: Ran on the 14th-place DMR (10:08.18) during the preliminaries at the IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships… Placed 11^th in the mile (4:22.66) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships… Recorded a personal-best time in the mile (4:20.07) at the Fastrack National Invite, while placing second… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:59.94) at the Penn 8-Team Select, placing 27^th.

High School/Personal: 2018 state silver medalist in the indoor Distance Medley Relay... Four-time All-Conference First Team selection in both cross country and track and field... Led Spring-Ford to fourth-place team finish at cross country state meet as a senior as well as three PAC cross country team titles and three PAC track team titles over career...
