Indoor 2019-20: Raced once on the season, placing 22nd in the mile (4:46.86) at the Moravian Indoor Meet.

Outdoor 2019: Competed at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, recording a personal-best time (9:52.62) and placing 15^th… Placed third in the 3000S (10:02.27) at the Rider Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time in the 5000m (15:47.74) at the Widener Invitational, placing 42^nd.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Recorded a personal-best time in the mile (4:41.67) at the Penn 8-Team Select, placing 48^th… Placed eighth overall in the 3000m (9:20.73) at the Frank Colden Invitational.

High School/Personal: State qualifier as a senior... Earned four varsity letters in track and field and four varsity letters in cross country... Placed second in his age group in the Philadelphia Half Marathon... Father attended Saint Joseph’s... Majoring in finance.
