Outdoor 2019: Raced the 5000m three times, turning in collegiate-best time (18:10.11) for 22nd at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Recorded a collegiate-best 1500m performance (5:01.77) for 21st at the Rider Invitational... Placed second in the 3000m (10:41.47) at the Rider 5-Way Meet.

Indoor 2018-19: Raced the 3000m six times... Placed 29th in the 3000m (10:44.28) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran collegiate-best 3000m (10:36.40) at the Fastrack National Invitational... Won the 3000m (10:52.50) at the Frank Colden Invitational... Placed seventh in the 3000m (11:14.85) and eighth in first collegiate 800m (2:32.85) at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener... Ran the mile once, turning in a faster time than all of her freshman year performances in 5:31.05 at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2018: Raced the 1500m three times, 800m twice, and 3000m once... Opened season with a seventh-place showing in the 3000m (11:21.12) at the Rider 5-Way Meet... Ran season-best 800m (2:31.79) and season-best 1500m (5:09.00) to close season at the Lehigh Games.

Indoor 2017-18: Raced the mile six times, posting season-best time (5:36.99) for 15th in final race of season at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet... Also ran first collegiate 3000m (11:59.07) at the Wagner Invitational.

High School/Personal: 2015 Virginia High School League Division 6A All-State, All-Region, and All-District selection for cross country… Achieved National Elite Silver Standard for cross country and track and field… Recipient of the 2016-17 Oakton Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Award and 2016 Oakton Track and Field Coach’s Award as a junior… Member of postseason cross country squad which won two consecutive VHSL Division 6A state titles… Earned 12 varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and captained all three squads as a senior... At Oakton, was a National AP Scholar, National Honor Society treasurer, and a member of the Science National Honor Society… Honor Graduate… Led clarinet section as First Chair Clarinetist of Oakton High School Concert I and II Bands and Best Woodwind Award recipient… Volunteered with FACETS, a nonprofit organization based in Northern Virginia… Member of the McNulty Scholars Program at Saint Joseph’s… Double majoring in biology and economics.
