Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Opened season with a collegiate-best 500m time (1:26.49) at the Fastrack Season Opener... Followed up with back-to-back, 15th-place finishes in the 400m at the Moravian College Indoor Meet (1:07.16) and the Frank Colden Invitational (1:05.39)... Closed season with a collegiate-best time in the 200m (28.61) for eighth overall at the Princeton Invitational.

Outdoor 2019: Missed season due to injury.

Indoor 2018-19: Raced one meet, running the third leg of the ninth-place 4x400m relay (4:22.30) and placing 21st in the open 400m (1:05.01) at the Fastrack Season Opener... Missed remainder of season due to injury.

Outdoor 2018: Ran season-best times in both the 200m (28.40) and 400m (1:02.45) at the Lehigh Games.

Indoor 2017-18: Raced the 400m four times and 200m three times in rookie season... Improved upon 400m time in each opportunity, opening season with a 1:07.23 and closing season with a 1:03.62 for 19th overall at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet... Improved upon 200m time in each opportunity, opening season with a 29.63 and closing season with a 28.71 for 15th overall at the Frank Colden Invitational... Ran the third leg of the sixth-place 4x400m relay at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

High School/Personal: Member of the 4x400m relay team that raced at the 2016 Penn Relays… Led squad to a 23-5 record over four years… Four-year varsity letterwinner… Coached CYO cross country… Also lettered in swimming at Central Bucks East… Academic All-American in swimming… Involved with the Honors Program at Saint Joseph’s… Also involved with the Fanny Chapman Swim and Dive Team and Girl Scouts and was a Reality Panelist for The Intelligencer… Father, Matthew, wrestled at the University of Pennsylvania… Majoring in biology.
