Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Raced twice, running the 3000m at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge (11:20.45) and Boston's John Thomas Terrier Classic (11:17.09).

Outdoor 2019: Did not race.

Indoor 2018-19: Raced once, placing fourth in the 3000m (10:58.05) at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener.

Outdoor 2018: Earned collegiate-best performances in both the 800m (2:37.18) and 1500m (5:12.54) at the Rider Invitational and 5000m (19:11.33) at the Lehigh Games.

Indoor 2017-18: Raced the 3000m five times on the season... Opened sophomore indoor campaign with 3000m performances of 11:33.80 at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, 11:19.23 at the Wagner Invitational, and 11:11.27 at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge before recording collegiate-best time (10:51.74) for 20th at the Penn 8-Team Select... Followed up with collegiate-best mile (5:21.23) for fourth at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational before closing season with a sixth-place 3000m performance (11:04.69) at the Frank Colden Invitational.

Outdoor 2017: Placed fourth in the 4x800m relay (10:28.29) and 14th in the 3000m (11:19.51) in season debut at the Monmouth Season Opener... Went on to race the 1500m three times in a row to close the season, at the Rider Invitational (5:19.67), Widener Invitational (season-best 5:13.22), and Lehigh Games (5:20.44)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the mile four times and 3000m once... Opened collegiate career in the mile (5:48.19) at the Wagner Invitational... Improved at both the Lehigh Angry Bird sMeet (5:43.15) and the Penn 8-Team Select (5:37.42)... Placed 11th in first collegiate 3000m (11:14.06) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Closed season with a 15th-place showing in the mile (5:39.70) at the Monmouth Winter Open.

High School/Personal: Two-time Meet of Champions qualifier in the 4x800m relay, qualifying during freshman and senior seasons... Two-time Meet of Champions individual qualifier for cross country as a sophomore and freshman... Cross country squad won the state championship as a freshman... Selected the team's Most Valuable Performer for cross country as a senior... Two-time Coaches Award recipient for cross country as a junior and sophomore... Earned 11 varsity letters between cross country (4), outdoor track (4), and indoor track (3)... Involved with "The Friends of Colin," a program that raises funds and awareness for pediatric cancer... Majoring in accounting.
