2020 ECAC Indoor Championships: Distance Medley Relay (Anchor), 9th

Is taking advantage of the NCAA Division I Council's ruling to grant an additional year of outdoor eligibility for all spring sports student-athletes due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Will have eligibility for the 2020-21 indoor season (redshirted 2016-17) and 2021 outdoor season.

Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Turned in SJU's two fastest mile times on the season (5:09.88, 5:11.03)... Anchored the ninth-place DMR (11:58.07) at the ECAC Championships... That DMR stood as SJU's fastest on the season... Anchored the ninth-place DMR (12:19.92) and placed 11th in the mile (5:11.03) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran season-best mile (5:09.88) for eighth at the Fastrack National Invitational... Came through with a collegiate-best performance in the 3000m (10:36.34) for second overall at the Villanova Invitational... That time stood as SJU's second-fastest 3000m on the season... Raced the mile (5:21.27) and anchored the 11th-place DMR (12:31.60) at Boston's John Thomas Terrier Classic.

Outdoor 2019: Raced the 1500m six times, turning in a collegiate-best performance (4:52.02) for 20th at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational... Placed 34th in the 1500m (4:54.42) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran the first leg of the 12th-place DMR (12:28.42) and posted second-fastest 1500m of the season (4:54.05) at the Colonial Relays.

Indoor 2018-19: Raced the mile six times, coming through with a collegiate-best time (5:07.67) for 13th at the Penn State National Invitational... Placed 23rd in the mile (5:18.02) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran collegiate-best 800m (2:22.24) for 15th at the Fastrack National Invitational... Ran the first leg of the third-place DMR (12:30.44) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2018: Raced twice... Ran collegiate-best 3000m steeplechase (12:45.08) for sixth place at the Rider 5-Way Meet... Also raced the 1500m (5:09.58) for 23rd at the Rider Invitational.

Indoor 2017-18: Raced the mile early in the season before taking on the 3000m late... Improved upon mile time in all four of her races, beginning the season with a 5:48.63 and closing with a 5:25.37 for 12th at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet... Improved upon 3000m time in all three of her races, opening with an 11:07.20 before closing with a 10:53.55 for 11th at the Fastrack National Invitational... Ran first collegiate 800m in 2:37.55 for 14th at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2017: Raced five times... Ran on the fifth-place 4x800m relay (10:18.28) at the Rider Invitational... Ran a trio of 1500m races and clocked in with a season-best time of 4:58.44 at the Widener Invitational... Ran the 800m (2:33.55) at the Lehigh Games... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Redshirted season... Raced once, clocking in with a mile time of 5:38.90 at the Wagner Invitational.

High School/Personal: State qualifier in the 4x800m relay... Clearview Regional recordholder in the indoor 4x800m relay, outdoor 4x800m relay, and indoor Distance Medley Relay... Capped high school career with individual PRs in the outdoor mile (5:11) and indoor mile (5:23)... Senior captain of New Jersey's #3 cross country squad that qualified for the State Championship... Junior captain of New Jersey's #2 cross country squad that won the 2014 Tri-County Conference title with a 6-0 record and finished as the runner-up at the South Jersey Group IV Sectional Meet to qualify for the State Championship for the first time in program history... Awarded the South Jersey Track Coaches Association Scholarship for effort and leadership skills both on and off the track... Earned 12 varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and captained all three squads as a junior and senior... Member of the National Society of High School Scholars, National Honor Society, Student Council, Latin Club, and Vocal Ensemble and served as a two-year president of the Varsity Club and the high school chair for the Red Cross Blood Drive at Clearview Regional... Community service experience includes volunteering with the Kennedy Memorial Hospital, March of Dimes, Special Olympics, and Color Run... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in chemical biology and will begin graduate school at Saint Joseph's in Fall 2020.
