Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Coming off of a breakthrough senior cross country season, enjoyed a breakthrough senior indoor track season... Opened season with an eighth-place finish in the 3000m (10:44.64) at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge... Followed up by running the first leg of the first-place DMR (12:58.22) at the Moravian College Indoor Meet... Ran collegiate-best 3000m (10:30.62) at Boston's John Thomas Terrier Classic... That time stood as SJU's fastest 3000m on the season... Ran collegiate-best mile (5:12.07) for eighth at the Villanova Invitational... Anchored the first-place DMR (12:19.90) at the Fastrack National Invitational... Won the 800m in a collegiate-best time of 2:23.39 at the Princeton Invitational... Ran the leadoff leg of the ninth-place DMR (12:19.92) and placed 15th in the mile (5:13.29) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Closed career by running the first leg of the ninth-place DMR (11:58.07) and the third leg of the 14th-place 4x800m relay (9:25.83) at the ECAC Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Recorded a personal-best in the 1500m (4:55.26) at the Widener Invitational placing 19th... Record a personal-best in the 800m (2:24.78) at the Rider Invitational, placing 14th… Finished sixth and record a personal-best in the 3000m (10:55.48) at the Rider 5-Way.

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in the mile (5:19.99) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing 26th… Placed third in the mile (5:29.98) at the 2019 Frank Colden Invitational.

Outdoor 2018: Competed at the Lehigh Games in the1500m (5:11.33) finishing in 28th place.

Indoor 2017-18: Placed second in the 800m (2:30.59) at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invitational.

Outdoor 2017: Opened season by racing the 4x400m relay (4:27.96) and 800m (season-best 2:30.53) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Raced the 800m (2:34.46) at the Rider Invitational... Closed season with back-to-back races in the 1500m at the Widener Invitational (season-best 5:10.25) and Lehigh Games (5:11.35)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Ran the 800m five times and raced three 4x400m relay that placed in the top ten... Ran season-best 800m (2:28.27) for 10th overall in final race of season at the Monmouth Winter Open... Ran on fifth-place 4x400m relay and turned in first collegiate 1000m (3:16.77) for 12th overall at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran on ninth-place 4x400m relay (4:29.43) at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic... Placed sixth in the 800m (2:34.52) and ninth in the 4x400m relay (4:25.02) in collegiate track and field debut at the Jack Pyrah Invitational.

High School/Personal: 2016 Times Leader All-Star Team... 2015 Citizens' Voice All-Star Team... Three-time state Pennsylvania state qualifier in the 4x800m relay... Two-time district champion in the 4x800m relay in 2013 and 2015... District runner-up in the 4x800m relay in 2014... Placed fourth in the 800m, fifth in the 4x800m relay, and seventh in the 4x400m relay at the district meet as a senior... Placed second in the 4x400m relay at the district meet as a junior...
