Outdoor 2021: In his final collegiate championship season, won both the 1500m (3:48.88) and 5000m (15:03.40) just hours apart at the 2021 A-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Went on to place third in the 1500m (3:47.21) at the 2021 IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships… Closed legendary SJU career with a 28th-place finish in the 5000m (14:04.80) at the 2021 NCAA East Regional Preliminary Rounds… Prior to championship season, had opened the spring season with a school-record performance in the 5000m (13:53.05) for second place at the Penn Challenge, a PR 1500m (3:44.43) for first place at the Temple Invitational, and an anchor leg on the second-place DMR (9:44.51) at the Philly Mets... In six of seven races this spring, placed in the top three of each field... Took advantage of the NCAA Division I Council's ruling to grant an additional year of outdoor eligibility for all spring sports student-athletes due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Outdoor 2020: Season canceled due to COVID-19.

Indoor 2019-20: Enjoyed one of the most successful indoor campaigns in SJU men's track and field program history... Opened season by running the second leg of the first-place 4x800m relay (7:52.36) and placing second in the mile (4:11.82) at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge... Followed that up by breaking the school record in the 3000m (8:05.62) for 11th at the John Thomas Terrier Classic up at Boston... Ran a 4:05.16 mile for fifth at the Villanova Invitational before going off for a collegiate-best mile time of 4:04.87 for 34th at Boston's David Hemery Valentine Invitational just two weeks later... Defended his mile title (4:12.96) and won the 3000m (8:26.12) to take home Men's Most Outstanding Track Performer honors at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Closed illustrious indoor career with a 12th-place finish in the mile (4:10.09) at the IC4A Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Competed in the NCAA East Region Preliminary Rounds in the 1500m (3:54.98), placing 34th... Placed second in the 1500m (3:52.95) and third in the 5000m (14:30.10) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Recorded a personal-best time in the 1500m (3:46.28) at the Larry Ellis Invitational, placing ninth… Recorded a personal-best time in the 5000m (14:10.53) at the Bison Outdoor Classic, placing third… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:53.95), placing third… Ran as the anchor on the first-place DMR (9:57.16) at the Colonial Relays.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Placed fourth in the mile (4:06.14) at the IC4A Championships... Had place second in the preliminaries (4:07.21) to qualify... Won the mile (4:13.03) and placed third in the 3000m (8:28.82) at A-10s… Recorded a personal-best time in the 1000m at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational.
 
Outdoor 2018: Placed 10th in the 1500m (3:51.46) at the IC4A Championships... Placed fifth (1500m, 3:52.11) and seventh (5000m, 14:53.03) at A-10s... Won the 1500m (3:55.19) at the Rider 5-Way… Ran on the second-place DMR (10:08.09) at the Colonial Relays.
 
Indoor 2017-18: Competed at IC4As in the mile, placing ninth in the preliminaries (4:07.78) and eighth in the finals (4:08.32)… Competed at A-10s in the mile (4:09.84) and 3000m (8:27.03), placing fifth in both… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:56.57) at the Fastrack National Invite for 20th… Recorded a personal-best time in the 3000m (8:16.62) at the Villanova Invitational, placing third… Placed third in the 1000m (2:28.07) and ran on the third-place DMR (9:55.46) at the Penn State National Invitational… Placed third in the mile (4:12.28) at the Penn 8-Team Select.

Outdoor 2017: Raced the 1500m four times, going sub-4:00 three times... Ran season-best 1500m (3:53.72) for 12th place at the IC4A Championships... Won the 1500m (3:56.21) at the Widener Invitational... Also went sub-4:00 at the Colonial Relays (3:58.91)... Placed eighth in the 1500m (4:00.30) at Princeton's Sam Howell Invitational... Raced on DMRs at the Colonial Relays (10:09.23, 7th) and Penn Relays (10:09.55).

Indoor 2016-17: Placed 22nd in the mile in a season-best time of 4:12.64 at the IC4A Championships... Placed eighth in the mile (4:15.41) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed second in the DMR (10:10.74) and fifth in the 1000m (2:31.33) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Finished second overall in the mile (4:14.46) at the Penn State National Invitational... Earned 12th in the 800m (1:56.60) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Placed second in the DMR (10:16.57) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet...
