Outdoor 2017: In first collegiate season running the 3000m steeplechase, went for 9:22.23 to place fourth at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Won the 3000m steeplechase (9:47.01) at the Rider Invitational... Also went for 9:33.11 at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational... Ran collegiate-best 1500m (4:03.49) for ninth place at the Lehigh Games... Opened season with a collegiate-best 3000m (8:33.97) for sixth and a seventh-place 4x1500m relay (16:03.85) at the Colonial Relays... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced three times... Opened season in the mile (4:24.73) for 12th at the Penn 8-Team Select... Closed season with a fifth-place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (10:19.10) and 10th-place showing in the 1000m (2:36.05) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational.

Outdoor 2016: Won the 4x800m relay (8:10.40) and placed fourth in the 800m (1:59.82) at the Rider Invitational... Posted season-best 800m (1:59.40) for 12th at the Lehigh Games... Turned in 5000m performance (15:55.01) at the Widener Invitational... Ran back-to-back 1500m races to kick off outdoor season at the Monmouth Season Opener (4:10.14) and Colonial Relays (4:12.92)... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Ran first leg of Distance Medley Relay that placed sixth to score at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed seventh in the DR (10:17.50) and eighth in the 1000m (2:32.00) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran season-best mile (4:19.41) for 13th overall at the Penn State National Invitational... Kicked off indoor career by running legs on three consecutive DMRs, winning the event (10:29.68) at Lehigh between collegiate debut at Penn State Relays (10:39.14) and appearance at the NYC Gotham Cup (10:27.63)... Added first collegiate mile at the Gotham Cup (4:22.99).

High School/Personal: 2015 All-State Group 3 and All-South Jersey selection for both cross country and track and field... Five-time South Jersey sectional champion, earning both indoor and outdoor 800m and 1600m titles as a senior and the 1600m title as a junior... Two-time All-Tri-County Conference selection for both cross country and track and field... Won the 2015 South Jersey Open in both cross country and the 1600m, the 2015 Gloucester County 1600m, and the Tri-County Conference 800m... 2014 Daily Journal Cross Country Runner of the Year... Four-year varsity letterwinner... Also lettered in soccer... Two-year member of National Honor Society... Majoring in computer science.
