Outdoor 2019: Raced seven times, turning in collegiate-best times in the 1500m (4:53.51) for sixth at the Rider 5-Way Meet, 5000m (17:03.31) at the Penn Relays, and 10,000m (36:28.13) for 12th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran on the fifth-place 4x1500m relay at the Colonial Relays... Closed collegiate track and field career with a 10th-place finish in the 5000m (17:13.38) at the ECAC Championships.
Indoor 2018-19: Raced seven times between the 3000m (4x) and 5000m (3x)... Opened final collegiate indoor season with back-to-back third-place finishes in the 3000m, at the Wagner College Invitational (10:16.85) and Penn 8-Team Select (10:09.56)... Followed that up by winning the 5000m (17:22.38) at the Penn State National Invitational... Went on to place third in the 3000m (10:03.01 PR) at the Villanova Invitational... Closed non-championship season with a 3000m time of 10:10.82 for 14th at the Fastrack National Invitational... Closed indoor campaign with a pair of strong 5000m performances, placing ninth (17:18.15) at the Atlantic 10 Championships and 17th (17:08.80 PR) at the ECAC Championships.
Outdoor 2018: Raced five times... Placed 18th in the 10,000m (41:24.42) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Won the 5000m (18:21.03) at the Lehigh Games... Placed third in the 5000m in a season-best time of 17:58.00 at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational.
Indoor 2017-18: Raced seven times... Ran fastest 5000m of season in 17:50.75 to place 14th at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran collegiate-best mile (5:12.33) at the Fastrack National Invitational, good for second overall.
Outdoor 2017: Recorded a collegiate-best 5000m time (19:14.89) to close season with a third-place finish at the Lehigh Games... Also opened season in the 5000m (20:13.50) at the Monmouth Season Opener... Placed second in the 4x800m relay (9:51.73) at the Rider Invitational... Turned in collegiate-best 1500m (5:10.45) at the Widener Invitational... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll both semesters.
Indoor 2016-17: Raced three times... Opened season with a 13th-place showing in the 3000m (11:25.75) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Turned in back-to-back sixth-place finishes in the 5000m at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic (20:17.49) and Yale's Giegengack Invitational (19:50.01).
Outdoor 2016: Placed third in first collegiate 3000m steeplechase (12:56.88) at the Rider Invitational... Placed sixth in the 5000m (19:20.02) to cap season at the Lehigh Games... Indoor 2015-16: Raced the 3000m three times, improving from an 11:25.04 in collegiate debut at Princeton's Tri-Meet for 12th place, to an 11:21.34 at the Ursinus Collegeville Classic for sixth place, to an 11:00.61 at the Monmouth Winter Open for fourth place to cap the season... Also raced on sixth-place Distance Medley Relay at Monmouth... Recorded first collegiate mile (5:54.34) for 16th at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet.
