Meet A Hawk: Julia Falcone

Every Monday, the Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse program will highlight one member of its 2014-15 squad. Leading us into our second week will be SJU's returning goal-scoring leader, a senior midfielder out of West Chester, Pennsylvania, Julia Falcone.

1. Why did you choose Saint Joseph's?
The school is close to home, has a beautiful campus, and provides good academics.

2. What is your favorite thing about Hawk Hill?
The friends I've met over the past three years.

3. Where is your favorite place on Hawk Hill?
Sweeney Field - my home away from home!

4. What is the best course you've taken or are currently taking at Saint Joseph's?
Sociology with Dr. Brown.

5. What is your major at Saint Joseph's? Dream job?
Accounting, because I like working with numbers. I would love to work for a non-profit.

6. Do you have any pre-game rituals?
A little wall-ball session before warm-up.

7. What is your favorite thing to do while not playing lacrosse?
Spending time with friends either on campus or in Manayunk.

8. What is your favorite lacrosse memory?
Beating Temple my sophomore year.

9. Who is your favorite musical artist?
John Mayer.

10. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation, because I hate waiting.

11. What is your favorite food? Favorite restaurant?
Coffee ice cream. Olive Garden.

12. If you were stranded on an island, what three things would you bring with you?
1. Stuart, my dog.
2. An endless supply of ice cream.
3. A library full of good books.

13. If you could have dinner with three people, past or present, who would they be?

14. Who is your hero?

My parents.
