PHILADELPHIA (04/01/03) - Saint Joseph's freshman third baseman Jill Clementi has been named Atlantic 10 Conference co-Rookie of the Week for the week ending March 30. Clementi batted .384 on the week to help Saint Joseph's post a 2-2 record in games against Atlantic 10 opponents Temple and George Washington. The Bloomfield, N.J,. native went 5-for-13 at the plate with five hits, four RBI and two runs scored. She also smacked a three-run double in a 6-3 loss to Temple on March 27. For the year, she is second on the team and fifth in the Atlantic 10 in hitting with a .360 batting average.
