Crimson and Gray World Series Game 1: Team Crimson 3, Gray Squad 2

Sophomore outfielder Tim Craig had two doubles and drove in the winning run as Team Crimson took Game 1 of the 2011 Crimson and Gray World Series, 3-2, at Campbell's Field on Friday night.

2012: Appeared in 20 games, making seven starts in left field and as a designated hitter...Hit a two-run single in the eighth inning of the home opener as SJU topped Iona, 5-1, on March 9...Scored a run in each of his final four offensive appearances of the season.

2011: Started one game and appeared in 17 others as a substitute...Often used as a defensive replacement or pinch runner and scored four runs on the season...Notched his first career hit against Dayton on April 24.

High School: A member of Henderson's PIAA AAAA state champions as a senior... Hit .290 with a home run and eight RBI before suffering an injury...Also played two years of soccer...Four-year honor roll student...Once organized a clothing drive for the Salvation Army.
