ST. THOMAS, V.I. - Will Walker scored 25 points to lead DePaul to a 58-51 over Saint Joseph's in the consolation game of the Paradise Jam. The Hawks drop to 3-2 with the loss.

Darrin Govens scored 16 points for Saint Joseph's, while Garrett Williamson added 10, while Charoy Bentley hit for a career-best nine points.

After trailing the entire second half, the Hawks forged a 49-49 tie with 2:54 to play. DePaul led 53-51, but the Hawks missed on two shots on their next possession and Walker hit two free throws to put DePaul up, 55-51 with 23 seconds to play. Williamson drove and missed the layup on the Hawks' next possession and saw DePaul ice the game with free throws at :08 to play.

DePaul led by as much as 11 points in the first half and had a 34-24 lead at halftime. Walker led the way, hitting 5-of-9 shots, with 3-of-4 3-pointers.

Saint Joseph's returns home on Tuesday and after a short break for Thanksgiving, travels to Rider on Monday, Nov. 30 for a 7 p.m. game, which will be televised on The Comcast Network.
