PHILADELPHIA - As the attention of the college basketball universe focuses on Philadelphia this week, Saint Joseph's University is serving as the host institution for the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship First and Second Rounds. Saint Joseph's University is partnering with the Wachovia Center and the Philadelphia Sports Congress to bring college basketball's premier tournament to the Wachovia Center.
