PHILAELPHIA (7/14/03) - It has been nearly 20 years since Jamie Moyer last suited up for the Crimson and Gray, but time has served to enhance, not diminish, the skills of the former Hawk ace (1982-84). The only Saint Joseph's University player ever to make it to the Major League's, the lanky lefthander has persevered to carve out a niche as one of baseball's best hurlers over the past eight seasons. This year, despite turning 40, the Seattle Mariners top gun was recognized as an all-star for the first time.
