A dunk by Pat Calathes cut the Hawks' deficit to 50-43 with 10:21 to play, but Dayton answered right back with a three from Andres Sandoval. But the Hawks could never get over that hump, and trailed by double digits for most of the half. The Flyers' biggest lead was 19 poi
Jimmy Binnie and Andreas Sandoval each added 12 and Charles Little came off the bench to score 11 for the Flyers (20-9, 8-8 Atlantic 10).
The Flyers hit half of their 18 3-point shots while Saint Joseph's was 6-of- 22 from beyond the arc.
