Baseball Game Times Changed For Opening Weekend

SAN JOSE, Calif. - The schedule for the four-game season-opening series between the Saint Joseph's baseball team and the San Jose State Spartans has been changed due to impending inclement weather on the West Coast.

Originally slated for a doubleheader on Saturday sandwiched between single games on Friday and Sunday, the Hawks and Spartans will now play a doubleheader on Friday and another on Saturday.

Friday's first game has been moved up to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. The teams will play at Blethen Field, San Jose State's on-campus facility. The nightcap, tentatively scheduled for 9:00 p.m., will be played as scheduled at San Jose's Municipal Stadium.

On Saturday, the teams will face-off at 3:00 p.m. Eastern and then again at 6:45. Both games will be played at Municipal Stadium.
