PHILADELPHIA - The Atlantic 10 Conference named Saint Joseph's Jeremy Jakubowski and Mike Coleman to its annual baseball All-Conference teams yesterday. Jakubowski garnered an honorable mention and Coleman made the all-rookie team.

Jakubowski, a senior outfielder from Jarrettsville, Maryland, hit .337 in 44 games this season, leading the Hawks in hits, triples, home runs, stolen bases, and total bases. His six triples tied LaSalle's John Rickards for the conference lead. It also ranks him in a tie for the third-most in a single season in SJU history. His career total of 10 ties him for fifth in program history as well. Finally, his 46 career stolen bases put him in a tie for fourth place in Hawk history.

Coleman hit .333 and ranked second on the team in steals and on-base percentage. The redshirt-freshman from Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania played in 39 games this season. He completed the season tied for second on the team with 31 runs scored.

Saint Joseph's finished with an 18-34 overall record this season, going 9-18 in Atlantic 10 Conference play. The 18 wins are the most by a Hawk baseball squad since 2001.
