PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's men's basketball team will hold an open practice at Kennedy-Kenrick Catholic High School in Norristown, Pa., on Saturday, October 31, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in a "Salute of Kenrick Basketball".

There is no admission charge but donations will be taken for Coaches vs. Cancer.

Martelli is the former head coach of Bishop Kenrick High School while Hawks' assistant David Duda is a former player at Kenrick.

"We'd like to have one last practice at Kennedy-Kenrick, which is where it began for us. It remains a very special place for David and I. It's the one thing we always remind our players, that you should never forget where you came from," said Martelli.

This is the final basketball season at Kennedy-Kenrick, as the school is slated to close at the end of the year.
