Golfer who made Atlantic 10 history in his first year at Saint Joseph’s… Became the first freshman in league history to earn first place at the conference championship in 2003… Named both the Atlantic 10’s Outstanding Player and the Most Outstanding Rookie that year… Was the Hawks’ top player all four years… Posted six top-10 finishes in 2004-05 and led the Hawks with a stroke average of 73.3… As a senior, set the school record and a course record at the Robert Trent Golf Course in Ithaca, New York, by shooting a 63… Earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference honors twice… Received SJU’s Class of 1950 Award in 2006 as the top graduating male student-athlete… Was a two-time qualifier for the U.S. Amateur Championship… Turned pro in 2007 and played on the Gateway Tour for two years and then on the West Florida Tour from 2010-12, where he won three tournaments… Joined the Philadelphia PGA Section in 2012… Won the Drexel Morgan Golf Classic in 2013 to earn the top purse of his career… A graduate of Malvern Prep, he now resides in his hometown of Devon, Pennsylvania… He is currently an assistant professional at The Ace Club in Lafayette Hill, Pa., and is working on attaining his PGA license.
