For the first time in 17 years, the Saint Joseph's men's soccer program has been recognized on the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division I Men's All-Region Team, as junior forward Leon Maric was selected to the Third Team for the Southeast Region.

Saint Joseph's (4-4) will go on the road on Wednesday, December 5 to visit Princeton (4-2) at Jadwin Gymnasium. Tip-off is 7 p.m. and the game can be viewed on ESPN+ while the SJU radio broadcast will be heard on WOGL 98.1 HD2.

Saint Joseph's senior forward Anna Willocks, junior goalkeeper Victoria Kammerinke, and junior midfielder Pepa Serrano received Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-America honors on Tuesday. Willocks became the second Hawk in the history of the field hockey program to earn First Team All-America accolades, while Kammerinke was named to the Second Team and Serrano was voted onto the Third Team.

Four members of the Saint Joseph's field hockey team were named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team on Monday afternoon. Senior Anna Willocks, juniors Kathrin Bentz and Victoria Kammerinke, and sophomore Jordan Olenginski were tabbed for the 11-member squad in a vote conducted among the sports information directors of 30 institutions across the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The academic accolades continue for Saint Joseph's sophomore defender David Grana, who was voted onto the 2018 Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Men's Soccer Team, organization officials announced today. The team is voted on by the sports information offices of the 30 area institutions from the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The Hawks earned 54 total points in their first opportunity to race this indoor season.

Senior captain Nathaniela Bourdeau became SJU's first Hawk to qualify for the 2019 ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships and took home a pair of top-five individual finishes and senior captain Lindsey Oremus dazzled in the 3000m to lead the Saint Joseph's women's track and field squad at the Hawks' season-opening Fastrack Metro Season Opener, held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Saturday evening. The Hawks earned 88 points to place third as a team, in a field of nine, in their first opportunity to race this indoor season.
