Saint Joseph's men's track and field junior distance standout Zach Michon has qualified for the 2019 NCAA East Regional Preliminary Rounds in the 1500m, it was announced through the release of the official declaration list on Thursday afternoon. Hosted by the University of North Florida at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida, the meet will run from Thursday, May 23 through Saturday, May 25 and will feature the top collegiate athletes east of the Mississippi River.

Farquhar was among the honored guests at the organization's fifth annual gathering, held at Temple University's School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management.

A pair of Saint Joseph's distance runners in graduate student Collin Crilly and sophomore Matthew Scarpill have been voted onto the Atlantic 10 Men's Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-Conference Team, the league office announced on Wednesday afternoon. Additionally, freshman sprinter Michael Welde has been named to the A-10 Outdoor Track and Field All-Rookie Team in the 400m.
