Andre, Bourdeau, Duffy Lead Women's Track to Fourth at Ocean Breeze

The trio of senior high jumper Claudine Andre, junior sprinter Nathaniela Bourdeau, and sophomore sprinter Caroline Duffy turned in outstanding performances to lead the Saint Joseph's women's track and field squad to a fourth-place team finish in a field of eight squads at the Penn 8-Team Select, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Saturday evening.

Women's Lacrosse Set to Open Practice for 2018 Season

Under the direction of fourth-year head coach Alex Kahoe, the Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse team will begin official preparation for the 2018 spring season on Saturday, January 20. Saint Joseph's returns 24 Hawks from a squad that is coming off of a program-record, 11-win season, which was capped by a run at the 2017 Atlantic 10 Championship Tournament, and has added 12 true freshmen and a sophomore transfer to the roster in preparation of the 2018 campaign.

Four years, four schools. Markell Lodge floated around quite a bit in high school before committing to Saint Joseph's in September of 2013, while a senior at Pace Academy in Carrboro, North Carolina. After arriving to Hawk Hill, Lodge was informed he'd have to redshirt his freshman year due to his high school work not being properly transferred to the NCAA.
