2019: Raced twice... Made collegiate debut at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 4k (17:08.7 PR), placing 29th overall in the freshman/sophomore race... Covered first collegiate 6k in 25:25.0 in the open race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
High School/Personal: 2019 state champion in the 4x400m relay (All-State Second Team) and 2018 state champion in the 4x800m relay (All-State Second Team)... Placed third in the 4x800m relay and fifth in the Distance Medley Relay at the 2019 PTFCA Indoor State Championships... 2019 All-League First Team selection the 400m after winning the title... Three-time All-League Second Team selection, in the 200m (2x) and 400m... Placed third in the 4x100m relay, for All-State Third Team honors, and seventh in the 4x400m relay at the PIAA state championships as a freshman...
