2019: Raced four times... Made collegiate debut at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (21:21.5 PR), placing 37th overall in the freshman/sophomore race... Went on to race a trio of 8k races, placing 24th (30:03.0) at the Delaware Invitational, 310th (27:32.4) in the open race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, and 15th (27:21.0 PR) at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational... Finished as SJU's #2 runner with his 15th-place showing at Lafayette.

High School/Personal: Captained Haverford's 2018 cross country squad to an undefeated Central League title, the school's first Delaware County Cross Country Championship, and the state meet (16:20 5k)... Earned All-Central League and All-Delco First Team honors as a senior and Honorable Mention recognition from both organizations as a sophomore... Led Haverford to four-year indoor track and field record of 34-6, which included back-to-back Central League titles (and 10-0 seasons) from 2018-19... State medalist in the Distance Medley Relay and 4x800m relay as a senior... Two-time state qualifier in the 4x800m relay... District 1 qualifier in the 4x800m relay (2x) and 800m... Two-time All-Central First Team selection in the 4x800m relay... All-Central First Team pick in the 1600m... Three-time All-Delco selection, earning First and Second Team honors in the 4x800m relay and Honorable Mention recognition in the 800m... Broke indoor school records in the 800 (1:58.7), 4x800m relay, and Distance Medley Relay... Coaches Award Winner for 2018-19 season...
