2019: Raced seven times... Opened season with an 11th-place finish in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (19:43.5 PR) to finish as SJU's #4 runner... Followed up with three consecutive 8k races, placing 41st (27:20.9) at the George Mason Invitational, seventh (28:06.9) at the Delaware Invitational, and 99th (25:44.3 PR) in the open race at the Lehigh Paul Short Run; finished as SJU's #5 runner at Delaware and SJU's top runner at Lehigh... Covered Penn State's 5.2M course in 29:00.6 to place 111th overall at the Penn State National Open... Earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 Championship 8k roster and placed 97th (27:37.4) to finish as SJU's #10 runner... Paced by a 5:52 mile average, placed 132nd (29:16) at the IC4A Championship 5k.

2018: Raced five times... Made collegiate debut with a 19th-place finish in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (20:40.0)... Placed 83rd at the Haverford Main Line Invitational 4k (22:41.4 PR)... Competed in the 8k in the open race of the Paul Short Run (201st, 28:00.7) and Lafayette Leopard Invitational (26th, 27:46.1); finished as SJU's #5 runner at Lafayette... Placed 25th (25:33) in the coaches race at the IC4A Championship 4.97M to finish as SJU's #5 runner.

High School/Personal: 2018 state silver medalist in the indoor Distance Medley Relay... Four-time All-Conference First Team selection in both cross country and track and field... Led Spring-Ford to fourth-place team finish at cross country state meet as a senior as well as three PAC cross country team titles and three PAC track team titles over career...
