2019 IC4A All-East Team (26th)

2020 (Raced in Spring 2021): SJU's third finisher at the season-opening Spider/Patriot Classic, crossing the five-mile race in 25:55.6 for 55th overall... SJU's fifth finisher at the Atlantic 10 Championship, crossing the five-mile race in a collegiate-best time of 25:27.9 for 32nd overall.

2019: Enjoyed most successful cross country season of collegiate career, racing six times and scoring in four of those meets... Finished as one of SJU's five-fastest runners in all three championship meets... Opened season with a fifth-place finish in the freshman/sophomore race (19:31.7 PR) at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k to finish as SJU's top runner... Went on to place 22nd (26:36.5) at the George Mason Invitational 8k to finish as SJU's #6 runner... Covered Penn State's 5.2-mile course in 27:14.2 for 74th overall at the Penn State National Open, finishing as SJU's #6 runner... Made both the Atlantic 10 Championship and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship rosters... Placed 31st in the 8k (26:17.7) at A-10s to finish as SJU's #4 runner, improving 38 places from the 3k mark through the finish line to help squad to a second-place team finish... Placed 67th in first collegiate 10k (32:07.2 PR) to close season at the NCAA regional meet, finishing as SJU's #3 runner... Paced by a 5:13 mile average, placed 26th in the five-mile run at the IC4A Championship (26:03) as SJU's #4 runner to help squad to a third-place team finish.

2018: Raced twice, placing seventh (19:49.3) in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k and 36th (20:52.5 PR) at the Haverford Main Line Invitational 4k; finished as SJU's #3 runner at Monmouth and SJU's #1 runner at Haverford.

2017: Redshirted season due to injury... Raced the first two meets of the season... Ran 15:52.6 for 5k to place 28th in a field of 54 in collegiate debut at the season-opening TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational... Ran 26:14.8 for 8k to place 22nd in a field of 79 at the Rider Invitational. 

High School/Personal: Led cross country team to 2016 Delaware D1 state title as a senior… Turned in the ninth-fastest, all-time Delaware performance at the Manhattan Cross Country Invitational as a senior… Division 1 state champion and All-State First Team pick in the indoor and outdoor 1600m as a senior… New Castle County Champion in the 1600m as a senior… Raced in the 2017 Penn Relays Championship of America 3k… Salesianum recordholder in the 800m (1:52.95) which was the fifth-fastest time in Delaware’s history as of August 2017… Led track and field squads to both the Delaware D1 indoor and outdoor state titles as a junior… Ran the 800m leg in the 2016 Penn Relays Championship of America DMR… That relay team finished seventh overall (10:17.4), which ranked second all-time in Delaware… All-State First Team selection in the 4x800m relay as a sophomore… State qualifier in the 1600m as a freshman… Broke the state record in the indoor 4x800m relay twice… Earned the squad’s MVP award for both cross country and track and field as a senior… Earned nine varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track… Two-year captain of the cross country squad during junior and senior seasons… Captained track and field squads as a senior… Worked as an Operations Specialist for the Summer Learning Collaborative, a local nonprofit that provides summer enrichment for low socioeconomic students… Completed 100 hours of community service throughout high school… Member of the National Honor Society and was selected to speak at the 2017 Senior Sports Banquet at Salesianum… Father, George, ran cross country and track and field at Saint Joseph’s and Penn and was a Parochial A New Jersey state champion in cross country… Majoring in English and writes for The Hawk student newspaper.
