2020 (Raced in Spring 2021): SJU's seventh finisher at the season-opening Spider/Patriot Classic, crossing the 5k race in 20:10.2 for 85th overall... SJU's third finisher at the Atlantic 10 Championship, crossing the 5k race in a collegiate-best time of 19:22.9 for 75th overall.

2019: Raced five times... Opened season with a 23rd-place showing (16:04.3) in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 4k... Followed up with a 58th-place finish (20:38.9) in first collegiate 5k at the George Mason Invitational... Closed season with a trio of 6k races, placing 12th (24:30.0) at the Delaware Invitational, 317th (23:02.2 PR) at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, and 156th (24:23.2) at the Penn State National Open.

2018: Raced five times... Made collegiate cross country debut in the freshman/sophomore race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 4k, placing 34th overall (16:30.9)... Placed 56th (20:28.7) at the Haverford Main Line Invitational 3M... Followed up with a pair of 6k performances, placing 205th (25:36.2) in the open race of the Lehigh Paul Short Run and 39th (26:09.7) at the Lafayette Leopard Invitational... Led all Hawks in the coaches race at the ECAC Championship 3.06M (19:22), placing 21st overall.

2017: Redshirted season.

High School/Personal: 2015 Virginia High School League Division 6A All-State, All-Region, and All-District selection for cross country… Achieved National Elite Silver Standard for cross country and track and field… Recipient of the 2016-17 Oakton Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Award and 2016 Oakton Track and Field Coach’s Award as a junior… Member of postseason cross country squad which won two consecutive VHSL Division 6A state titles… Earned 12 varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and captained all three squads as a senior... At Oakton, was a National AP Scholar, National Honor Society treasurer, and a member of the Science National Honor Society… Honor Graduate… Led clarinet section as First Chair Clarinetist of Oakton High School Concert I and II Bands and Best Woodwind Award recipient… Volunteered with FACETS, a nonprofit organization based in Northern Virginia… Member of the McNulty Scholars Program at Saint Joseph’s… Double majoring in biology and economics.
