2019: Raced seven times, finishing as SJU's #3 runner four times... Opened season with a 16th-place finish in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (15:29.7 PR)... Followed with a 49th-place showing at the George Mason Invitational 5k (20:14.4)... Ran a collegiate-best 6k (22:24.9) at the Lehigh Paul Short Run and crossed the Penn State National Open 6k in 22:38.4, finishing as SJU's #3 runner at both... Made all three championship rosters for the second year in a row... Placed 78th at the Atlantic 10 Championship 5k (20:00.6) as SJU's #3 runner... Recorded a 6k time of 22:50.3 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship for 144th as SJU's #3 runner... Closed season with a 114th-place showing at the ECAC Championship, covering Van Cortlandt Park's 5k in 20:59.
2018: Raced seven times, scoring in five meets... Opened season with a 12th-place finish in the junior/senior race at the Monmouth Kick-Off Invitational 6k (15:10.2 PR) as SJU's #5 runner... Followed up with three consecutive 6k performances at the Penn State Spiked Shoe Invitational (23:37.7), Lehigh Paul Short Run (23:23.6), and Princeton Invitational (23:23.9)... Finished as SJU's #5 runner at Princeton... Made all three championship rosters... Placed 46th at the Atlantic 10 Championship in a collegiate-best 5k time of 18:29.5 as SJU's #4 runner... Crossed the finish line of the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship 6k in 23:07.1 as SJU's #3 runner for 102nd overall... Placed 66th at the ECAC Championship 5k (18:30) to finish as SJU's #5 runner.
2017: Raced four times... Opened season with a 6k time of 25:18.7 to place 23rd in a field of 59 at the Rider Invitational... Ran 24:58.7 for 6.04k to place 48th in a field of 87 at the George Mason Invitational... Followed up with a season-best 6k time of 24:41.4 at the Princeton Invitational... Closed season with a 5k time of 20:28.4 to finish 16th in a field of 71 at the ECAC Championship Coaches Race.
2016: Raced seven times… Placed 108th in a field of 131 at the Atlantic 10 Championship, clocking in with a collegiate-best 5k time of 19:37.4 to cross as SJU's #8 finisher... Finished 75th at the ECAC Championship 5k (21:31) to cap season at Van Cortlandt Park… Ran collegiate-best 6k time (23:49.4) at the Paul Short Run… Also raced the 6k at the Princeton Invitational (23:50.1) and Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (24:50)… Ran 23:57.5 for 6.15k at the Rider Invitational for 51st in a field of 122… Opened collegiate cross country career with a 5k time of 19:58.60 at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational, good for 20th in a field of 54... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
High School/Personal: State qualifier in the 4x800m relay... Clearview Regional recordholder in the indoor 4x800m relay, outdoor 4x800m relay, and indoor Distance Medley Relay... Capped high school career with individual PRs in the outdoor mile (5:11) and indoor mile (5:23)... Senior captain of New Jersey's #3 cross country squad that qualified for the State Championship... Junior captain of New Jersey's #2 cross country squad that won the 2014 Tri-County Conference title with a 6-0 record and finished as the runner-up at the South Jersey Group IV Sectional Meet to qualify for the State Championship for the first time in program history... Awarded the South Jersey Track Coaches Association Scholarship for effort and leadership skills both on and off the track... Earned 12 varsity letters between cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track and captained all three squads as a junior and senior... Member of the National Society of High School Scholars, National Honor Society, Student Council, Latin Club, and Vocal Ensemble and served as a two-year president of the Varsity Club and the high school chair for the Red Cross Blood Drive at Clearview Regional... Community service experience includes volunteering with the Kennedy Memorial Hospital, March of Dimes, Special Olympics, and Color Run... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in chemical biology and will begin graduate school at Saint Joseph's in Fall 2020.
