Indoor 2014-15: Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference selection... Has qualified for IC4As in the 3000m, 5000m, and DMR... Atlantic 10 5000m champion... Placed fifth in a field of 68 in the 5k at the Boston David Hemery Valentine Invitational in an IC4A-qualifying 14:22.85... Placed seventh in the 3000m invitational portion of the schedule in an IC4A-qualifying 8:10.64 at the Penn State National Invitational... Placed second in the 3000m in an IC4A-qualifying 8:27.39 at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Anchored IC4A-qualifying DMR (10:11.02) that placed third at the Penn State Relays... Also ran third leg of 4x1 Mile that placed second (17:34.03) at PSU.

2010-2013 (William and Mary): 2013 NCAA Outdoor Qualifier in 5k (14:28.74)... 2013 IC4A Indoor Championships 5k champion (14:05.95)... Two-time IC4A All-East... Place fourth in indoor 3k (8:10.64) at 2012 IC4As... Three-time All-CAA selection... 2013 CAA silver medalist in 3000S (9:36.08), 2012 CAA silver medalist in 10k (30:50.55), and 2013 CAA bronze medalist in 10k (30:29.65)... Won the 2013 Virginia Tech Challenge 3k (8:16.23), 2013 CNU Holiday Open 3k (8:41.61), 2013 IC4A 5k (14:05.95), and 2013 Tribe Invitational 10k (29:50.06).
