Ran a collegiate-best 3000m steeplechase time of 9:04.05 to place seventh at the IC4A Championships... Outdoor 2015: IC4A qualifier in the 3000m steeplechase... Placed 20th in the 3000m steeplechase (9:22.05) at the IC4A Championships... Placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase in a collegiate-best 9:13.03 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Turned in pair of fifth-place finishes in the 3000m steeplechase (9:26.22) and 4x1500m relay (16:16.60) at the Colonial Relays... Improved upon 1500m time in all three races of season en route to collegiate-best performance (3:59.96) for third place at the Lehigh Games... Outdoor 2014: Led SJU in 3k (8:45.03)... Ran third leg of season's fastest 4x1500m relay (15:55.55) that placed second at the Colonial Relays... Posted PRs in the 1500m, 5k, and 3000S... Placed eighth in the 3000S (9:20.57 PR) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Recorded personal-record 5k (14:59.92) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier... Took second in the 3000S (9:31.30) at Lehigh Games and fourth (9:53.18) at Widener Invitational... Registered season-best 1500m (4:05.19 PR) at Bison Outdoor Classic and season-best 3k (8:45.03) at Colonial Relays... Named to both Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters.

Indoor 2013-14: IC4A qualifier in the DMR... Anchored the DMR (10:05.49) that qualified for the finals of the IC4A Championships... Ran personal-record 3k (8:33.53 PR) to place 11th at A-10s... Placed 10th in the mile (4:25.55) at the George Mason Last Chance Meet... Anchored fifth-place DMR (10:17.47) that met the IC4A mark at the Giegengack Invitational... Also ran first collegiate indoor mile (4:23.76 PR) at Giegengack... Took sixth in 3k (8:34.34) at the Penn State National Invitational... High School/Personal: Two-time Delaware County Cross Country Champion... 2012 Philadelphia Catholic League Cross Country Champion... Took home two top-ten finishes at state meet, including fourth in 2011... Placed 36th at 2012 Cross Country Nike Nationals in Portland, Oregon to help squad to fifth-place finish... Captained cross country squad to back-to-back league, county, and district titles and state runner-up finishes... 2013 Indoor Track State Championships bronze medalist in 3k (8:39.64 PR)... 2013 All-American Team selection in both the DMR and 4xMile at 2012-13 Indoor New Balance Nationals, placing fourth and third respectively... At the time, 4xMile time of 17:25.28 ranked seventh all-time in the United States... Entering college, owned outdoor PRs in 800m (2:00), 1600m (4:16), 3200m (9:23), and 5k (15:23)... Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, indoor, and outdoor track and two-year cross country captain...
