Placed 13th in the 4x1500m relay (16:22.57) and added collegiate-best 5000m (15:00.04) at the Colonial Relays... Also raced the 5000m (15:22.37) at the Sam Howell Invitational and 1500m (4:09.01) at the Widener Invitational throughout the season... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 3000m three times and mile once... Improved upon 3000m time in all three races, opening season with a 9:12.92 at the Wagner Invitational, improving to 8:48.64 at the Fastrack National Invitational, and closing with an 8:42.86 for ninth overall at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational... Ran the mile (4:30.46) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational.

Outdoor 2016: Placed 20th in the 5000m (15:47.17) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Won the 5000m (15:18.70) at the Lehigh Games... Ran collegiate-best 5000m (15:10.49) at the Colonial Relays for 48th overall... Added 1500m performances at the Monmouth Season Opener (season-best 4:07.64) and Larry Ellis Invitational (4:12.83) and 5000m performance at the Sam Howell Invitational (15:11.92)... Named to Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2015-16: Placed 12th in the 3000m (8:43.97) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Anchored the first-place 4x1 Mile Relay (17:40.21) in season debut at the Penn State Relays... Ran back-to-back 3000m races at the NYC Gotham Cup for 10th (season-best 8:39.16) and Penn State National Invitational (8:45.85) for 14th... Followed up with collegiate-best mile (4:20.83) at the Fastrack National Invitational leading up to A-10s.

Outdoor 2015: Placed 12th in the 3000m steeplechase (9:38.13) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Anchored 4x1500m relay that placed fifth (16:16.60) at the Colonial Relays... Added season-best 3000m steeplechase (9:37.84) for 15th at Colonials... Posted 800m (1:59.50) and 1500m (4:03.27) performances at the Widener Invitational... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2014-15: Qualified for IC4As in the DMR... Placed 14th in the 3000m (8:47.12) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Anchored sixth-place and IC4A-qualifying DMR (10:17.83) and ran season-best mile (4:25.02) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran collegiate-best 3000m (8:33.62) for 17th at the Penn State National Invitational... Anchored third-place DMR (10:29.89) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Opened indoor track season with pair of top-six relay performances, including second-place 4x1 Mile (17:34.02) and sixth-place DMR (10:22.65) at the Penn State Relays.

Outdoor 2014: Took 12th in the mile (4:27.92) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Named to both Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll and SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for both semesters.

Indoor 2013-14: IC4A qualifier in the DMR... Placed 12th in the mile (4:27.92) at A-10s... Anchored the second-place DMR (10:07.53) that met the IC4A mark at the Giegengack Invitational... Also led team in the 3k (8:38.93 PR) at Giegengack... Anchored the sixth-place DMR (10:17.82) that met IC4A mark and ran the second leg of the third-place 4x800m (7:53.57) at the Penn State National Invitational... Took eighth in first collegiate indoor mile (4:22.14 PR) at the Armory during the Saturday Night Shootout... Posted top freshman time in first collegiate 3k (8:52.54) to take sixth out of 29 at the Penn State Relays.
